Beautiful photo. I would clone out the chain etc. in the lower right hand corner though or move the focus more to the left, if possible.

Agreed. The chain takes away the attention from the moon, which is very nicely done. Also tree up front covers up the town's lights. Light post on the left could be cut out as well. Although overall photo has a nice feel to it. Choice of scenery is admirable.
